01 The warranty period is 10 years for motors and 2 years for remote or wall controllers This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and must be presented with proof of purchase This warranty will only cover damages caused by manufacturing defects and under proper usage following user’s manual

02 The warranty will be void under following circumstances:

2.1 Product have been modified, removed, or repaired by unauthorized person, or wrongly installed

2.2 Damage was caused by misuse, negligence, unstable voltage, insects, or natural disasters, and etc.

2.3 Damage from normal wear and tear for consumable items such as glasses, rubber, plastic, batteries, and etc.

04 Service charge for installation in Bangkok Metropolitan Regions only

05 Installation Method

5.1 Open up the ceiling 10x10 cm, and insert a wooden piece onto the ceiling structure in order to support ceiling fan weight (for closed ceilings)

5.2 Install hanger bracket by fixing it onto the wooden piece then hang and lock the assembled ceiling fan onto the hanger bracket

5.3 Connect ceiling fan wires to the electric wires and cover up with the ceiling fan canopy (which will also conceal the ceiling hole)

06 Additional charges that are not included in items (3) and (4)

6.1 In case of installation is not in Bangkok Metropolitan Regions, there will be additional transportation and accommodation charges

6.2 In case of ceiling height is higher than 4 meters, there will be additional scaffold charges

6.3 In case of wiring not prepared, there will be additional wiring charges

6.4 In case of working outside business hours, there will be additional overtime charges

6.5 Any equipment requested that are not included in the standard equipment will be charged as agreed upon with the customer
